Prerequisites

You need a working internet connection and a computer or phone.
You have the device in front of you during the phone or video call and do the steps yourself with our guidance.
Somewhere to save to: an external drive or a cloud service.
Sign-in details for the cloud service you want to use.

Recovering data from a broken drive

If you need something that isn’t included, we’ll tell you before we start. You always know the price up front.

Frequently asked questions

SEK 499 / up to 60 minutes. The price is fixed and covers that time — if more time is needed, we'll tell you before we continue, and you decide whether we do more.

You choose when you book, in step 2. If the problem can be solved remotely, it's usually quicker.

You pay after the work is done, by invoice with 10 days to pay — no payment is taken when you book.

We'll tell you straight away and suggest the next step. If something is needed that isn't included, you'll know before we continue.
