AI Tekniker

Privacy policy

This is an English translation of our Swedish privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Swedish version applies.

What personal data AI Tekniker collects, why, and what you can ask for. Describes only what the system actually does — nothing here is generic template text.

What data we process

When you book a service or buy something in Lulu Market, we store what you give us yourself: name, email, phone and — for a home visit — address. When you book, these details are also stored directly on the booking, so the booking's history stays accurate even if your customer record is later changed.

A purchase in Lulu Market requires no account. If you choose to sign in, your purchases are linked to your account so you can see them under My Account.

If you apply to become a technician, we store what you fill in on the application — contact details, experience and the skills you state.

Why we process it

  • To book and carry out a service — performance of a contract.
  • To deliver a purchased digital product and send an order confirmation.
  • To send an invoice and handle payment.
  • To reply if you get in touch with a question or a complaint.
  • To assess an application to become a technician.

Who sees your data

Only the administrator handling your booking or order, and — if the service is a home visit — the technician carrying out the job, see the details required for that. No other customer can see your bookings, orders or contact details; that is controlled at the database level (Row Level Security), not just in the interface.

We never sell your data, and never share it for marketing purposes.

Providers that process data for us

Three providers technically handle part of the data processing, all common for this kind of service:

  • Supabase — database and sign-in.
  • Vercel — hosting the website.
  • Resend — sending confirmation and receipt emails.

Website visit statistics

With your consent, we measure visits, page views and where visitors come from, to understand what works on the site. The measurement happens in our own system — nothing is shared with Google, Meta or any other third party, and there is no persistent id that follows you between separate visits. You choose yourself whether to accept this on the cookies page, and can change your mind at any time.

What we don't do

  • No third-party analytics or statistics tool (for example Google Analytics).
  • No advertising or tracking scripts.
  • No profiling or automated decision-making that legally affects you.
  • No sharing of your data with a third party for marketing.

Read more about exactly which cookies the website uses — including the statistics cookies that are only set if you accept them — on the cookies page.

How long we keep the data

Bookings and orders are kept for as long as needed for accounting and to be able to answer questions about a past purchase. We currently have no automatic retention-review routine — that is a known gap, not a policy we claim is solved.

Your rights

You have the right to request an extract of the data we hold about you and to have clearly incorrect data corrected. Get in touch with hej@aitekniker.se and we will put it together manually.

You can delete your account yourself under My Account. Your name, phone number and address are removed. Paid bookings and orders are kept — required for accounting — but afterwards show "Deleted customer" instead of your name and email; any text you wrote to a Lulu agent is also deleted. If you'd rather we did it for you, get in touch with hej@aitekniker.se. The sign-in credential itself (your email address with our sign-in provider) is not removed automatically by either the button or the email route — get in touch separately if you want that removed too.
