You need a working internet connection and a computer or phone.
You sit at your computer during the phone or video call and do the steps yourself with our guidance.
Licences or accounts for any software that requires them.
The administrator password for your computer.

Software that requires hardware you don't have

If you need something that isn’t included, we’ll tell you before we start. You always know the price up front.

Frequently asked questions

SEK 499 / up to 60 minutes. The price is fixed and covers that time — if more time is needed, we'll tell you before we continue, and you decide whether we do more.

You choose when you book, in step 2. If the problem can be solved remotely, it's usually quicker.

You pay after the work is done, by invoice with 10 days to pay — no payment is taken when you book.

We'll tell you straight away and suggest the next step. If something is needed that isn't included, you'll know before we continue.
